Empathy, curiosity, compassion, and self-love. These words can feel meaningful, yet how do we practice them? Are these the secrets to feeling whole, loved, and unbroken? I invite you to think of them, not as a destination. More so think of them as a guide in your journey. Whatever that journey may be.

I would like to ask you to take a moment, without bias or judgment, to think of your current journey. Sit with yourself, taking an honest moment to reflect on your current place and what you would like to connect with, either within yourself, with others, or in your environment. 

Allow yourself to be curious about what that connection looks like. Be empathetic with yourself if you are unsure or haven't been able to find the time, space, or energy. Allow compassion and self-love to develop right now, right here, for being safe and choosing yourself.
